Juno is designed to support HIPAA compliance, and we maintain appropriate safeguards to protect user and patient data. However, entry or use of protected health information (PHI) is only permitted after a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place. Without a signed BAA, users must refrain from entering PHI into the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Juno is available via monthly or annual subscription plans, depending on your selection at checkout.

• Billing: All charges are processed in advance.
• Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Changes to Pricing: We may adjust our pricing with 30 days' notice, which will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and software code are the property of Alypne Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or behavior that harms other users or the platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Alypne Labs disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and are not liable for any delays, data loss, or inaccuracies resulting from system limitations, outages, or third-party dependencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alypne Labs' total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law
